Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing from Karma Times Limited you are entering into a legally binding contract of sale and agree to all the terms & conditions as stated below.

Orders: All orders will be processed and sent within 28 days from receipt of payment. Goods ordered in error will incur a handling charge of 10% of total order value. Cost of returning the goods are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancelling Orders: If you want to cancel your order after the payment has been made, the cancellation must be in writing by email or sent to Sales Department, Karma Times Limited, PO Box 9066, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 8WU. If the order has already been despatched the returns policy has to be referred to.

Payments: Payment is due with order. Payment methods available are by credit card online with PayPal or by cheque in the post sent with your order confirmation form. Please make cheques payable to "Karma Times Limited". Orders will automatically be cancelled after 14 days if no payment is received.

Credit Card Security: All credit card numbers are collected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption - look for the golden padlock at the bottom of the window. Your order and credit card details are encrypted they are not held in clear text on any web site. This technology is the industry standard and among the best & safest software available for secure payment transactions. We use PayPal for all credit card payments.

Delivery: Within 28 days from receipt of payment. Delivery will be through Royal Mail. Delivery charges on order form are for UK and international. The delivery charges include all packaging. Goods signed for at the time of delivery without inspection will invalidate any claim for damage "in transit". If in doubt, sign the delivery as "unexamined" If box is obviously damaged sign "box damaged". Notification of defective goods must be within 5 days of delivery in writing.

Out of stock items: If any part of your order is out of stock you will be notified by email or in writing with options available to you. Out of stock items do not normally take longer than 7-10 days to return to stock. Incomplete orders will not normally be sent out within this 7-10 day time frame. If the delay is longer than 7-10 days your order will be despatched incomplete with a back order to follow unless stated otherwise.

Returns Policy: Under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is your intention. We will credit or refund unused items if returned to us within 7 days. Should you require a refund by cheque please send a written request and SAE. We will replace faulty goods if returned within 30 days. We will not accept returns after 30 days. The regulations state we must provide you with a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation. We will request that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost. If the consumer does not return the goods, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. If in the rare event that the goods are faulty or 'not suitable for the use that they were intended for' we will offer a replacement or refund monies paid if the goods are returned within 28 days unless a fault is caused by neglect, misuse or by accident. Governing law and jurisdiction: These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Privacy Statement: Karma Times Limited will not pass details of any customers to any third party. Customers may be sent our own company information from time to time. If you do not wish to receive literature from us please notify us by email to be removed from the mailing list.

Complaints Procedure: If you are unhappy with any of our products or services please contact us by email, fax or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated in confidence. We will advise you regarding the progress of your complaint on a regular basis and also how long it will take to resolve the matter.
